Summary of points covered:

- cash position on main account £11,672 overdrawn, but hockey and cricket accounts both in credit; overall, £760 improvement since 14th April

- Golf Day made £1445 profit, Spring Ball £1796 profit

- good slate of bookings for club facilities for next few months

- bar prices to be adjusted to reflect increases in ex Brewery purchase prices

- Bar Naming ceremony being planned for 11th July in conjunction with outgoing Chairman’s function

- one grounds advertising sponsor secured, others in talks, hope for more via Members’ Leverage Scheme (over to you!)

- need for minor works in changing rooms noted and will be done

- new joint CPSA/Community College Astro pitch project still very much alive; Astro bank account being opened to hold funds raised. Co-operation may be widened to embrace youth and other sports

- AGM to be held on 29th June at 8pm – some nominations received, all nominations to be sent to Goochie by 10th June
