| Some photos from the field hockey game against OMT on July 4th 2002.
The men were just too fast for the camera so there aren't as many as
usual and some are a bit blurred I'm afraid. I think we won 7-0 in
the end, though not with a full strength team - the hightlight must have
been young Henri skinning Drew when he played for OMT in the second
half. Unfortunately no photos of him. |

| Our new national league warm up routine - six a side before the
match starts - Drew looks knackered already |
| |
 |
| Buddy taking a 16 yard hit |
| |
 |
| Buddy scoring the first goal - a flick after a sure goal was blocked
by a foot |
| |
 |
| Doug moving his frame in the warm up - shame he was an umpire, still
there was a fabulous coach able to step into the breach |
| |
 |
| Half time - the talk must have worked as they scored most of the
goals in the second half |
| |
 |
| This angle is much better .... |
| |
 |
| Interesting way of stopping the ball Mr Jack |
| |
 |
| Another one not quite in focus, but our esteemed and often missing
Captain pointing the way forward |
| |
 |
| A couple of rare shots these, Martin moving |
| |
 |

 |
| Had to put this one despite the quality, Plod who has just been well
and truly done, shouted to himself "Mark, you've just been completely
suckered..." |
| |
 |
| Plod about to put a telling ball down to DJ trick |
| |
| |
 |
 |
| A slick short corner routine - oh no, don't think we scored from a
short - was the other way round last season - bodes well.. |
| |
 |
| Doug checking his pulse to make sure it doesn't go below 120 and
Warren making sure everyone stays calm |
| |
 |
| Charlie playing cricket - everyone else looking for the ball. |
