Training sessions are at the following times and locations
on Sunday mornings:
U6s, U8s, U10s and U12 girls - 09:00-10:00 - Newlands Park
Astro
U12 Boys and U14 Girls - 09:45-11:00 - Newlands Park Astro
U14 Boys, U16 Girls & U16 Boys - 10:45-12:00 - Newlands
Park Astro
U16 – School Years 11 & 10
U14 – School Years 9 & 8
U12 – School Years 7 & 6
U10 – School Years 5 & 4
U8 – School Years 3 & 2
U6 – School Years 1 & Reception
VACANT ROLES
This season we have lots of great volunteers running the section
and I am pleased to say we don't have many roles vacant. The
following though are roles that we are still looking to fill
to support the growth and expansion of the Junior Section
for which some require no particular hockey knowledge:
U12 Girls Coordinator – The U12s Girls squads need someone
to do some behind the scenes work coordinating squads for
fixtures. You do not need any hockey knowledge to do this
role, just a little spare time and an email address! It’s
basically communicating with all the parents/guardians of
the U10s about fixtures and compiling who is available for
which fixtures. You do not need to attend training or fixtures.
U10 Coordinator – The U10s mixed squads need someone to do
some behind the scenes work coordinating squads for fixtures.
You do not need any hockey knowledge to do this role, just
